Vitamin B - urine color?

I noticed when I started taking vitamin B supplements (B-100), it made my urine a neon yellow color. I assumed it was because it was just an excess, hence it was excreted through urine.

Recently however, it seems like my urine is more normal color, maintaining a mostly similar diet and regime. Is this caused by long term vitamin usage? Is my body just absorbing and using more vitamin B? Do I need to increase dosage or stop taking it?

The only major change I would say from before to now is less alcohol usage. Would that have made a difference in absorption? I would have thought I would have been less vitamin B deficient with less alcohol usage.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) is responsible for the neon yellow color in urine. It simply means that the vitamin has been absorbed, filtered, and the excess removed from the body.

Alcohol is the likely culprit as it interferes with vitamin absorption and also acts as a diuretic.
